Cloves is a popular yet uncommon spice in the world.Cloves is a brown blackish bud.Cloves originates from Moluccas Island in Indonesia.Cloves is mostly popular and used Asia,Europe and Middle East for medicine and cooking.The scientific name of cloves is Syzygium aromaticum.

Cloves contains many nutrients such as vitamins K,C,E,B6,B9, manganese,iron, potassium,zinc.
1. Vitamin K
Vitamin K in cloves strengthen bones and helps in supporting of blood circulation which prevents or reduces osteoporosis (weak or fragile bones).

To prevent pimples or acne mix cloves and a teaspoon of coconut oil.One can also mix cloves with honey or aloe vera which will lead to skin glowing.

To make a refreshing tea in the morning before going to work.Mix 3 to 4 spoons of cloves and add honey or lemon to it.You can also use cinnamon and honey in another way.It is something i have tried and enjoyed and i will recommend it.

Few centuries before and now people still use it in preparing soup,stew, beverages and baking dessert.
5. Used as massage oil.
With the mixture of cloves and coconut oil or olive oil,one can use it to massage back pain,muscle sores and stiff joints.
6. Cloves can be used to prevent bad breath and tooth ache.
Cloves can be used as a mouth rinse or applied to the aching tooth using mixing coconut oil and cloves.
